AI Readiness for Finance Leaders

AI Is a Balance Sheet Decision — Not Just an IT Project

Most companies are racing to adopt AI. Few have asked whether their finances, their people, or their controls are ready for it. We help you answer that before it gets expensive.

THE PROBLEM

Are You Asking the Right Financial Questions?

AI is reshaping every business. But most organizations aren’t asking the right financial questions until it’s too late.

Is your balance sheet ready for what AI actually costs?

Most AI budgets account for software licenses. Few account for the infrastructure, training, data storage, and controls that responsible implementation demands.

What happens when AI-generated data is wrong — and it's already in your forecasts?

Hallucinated data from generative AI can silently distort margin projections, vendor inputs, and pricing models. If you’re not monitoring for it, you’re exposed.

Does your team know how to work alongside AI — or are they afraid of it?

AI adoption fails when people are left out of the equation. Without training and clear communication, you get resistance, workarounds, and risk.

Is your data infrastructure keeping up with what AI creates?

Generative AI produces data at a scale most cloud contracts and storage budgets weren’t designed for. Caps, pricing bands, and bandwidth limitations can quietly stall your AI processes.
HOW WE HELP

Four Focus Areas for AI Readiness

We bring years of sound business practices to help you navigate AI’s impact — financially, operationally, and strategically. Our work spans four focus areas:

AI Financial Readiness Assessment

We evaluate whether your budget, balance sheet, and pricing models are prepared for the true cost of AI — not just the software, but the infrastructure, storage, monitoring, and controls.
Balance sheet and budget gap analysis for AI investments
Pricing model review for hallucination and margin risk
Vendor value-chain risk assessment

Employee & Change Management Strategy

AI is a cultural shift, not just a technology rollout. We help you build a workforce strategy that addresses training, roles, and the human side of adoption.
Human-in-the-loop vs. human-on-the-loop implementation planning
AI training program design for finance and operations teams
HR readiness planning for managing employee concerns around AI

Data & Infrastructure Planning

Generative AI creates data at a pace most organizations aren’t budgeted for. We help you align your data strategy, cloud costs, and infrastructure with your AI ambitions.
Cloud storage cost forecasting and cap analysis
Structured data platform assessment
Bandwidth and GPU/token usage planning

Internal Controls & Risk Management

New technology demands new safeguards. We help you design the audit, compliance, and continuity frameworks that responsible AI requires.
Internal control design for AI and Agentic AI processes
Business continuity planning for hallucinated data scenarios and other AI disruptions
Internal audit readiness for AI agent oversight
WHY IT MATTERS

AI Isn't a SaaS Implementation

It’s a change management project that touches every part of your value chain. Getting it right means investing across three pillars:
01

Employee Training

Your people need to understand AI, trust it, and know how to work with it — not be afraid of it replacing them.
02

Data Strategy

AI generates data at scale. Your storage, structure, and cloud contracts need to keep pace — or your AI processes stall.
03

Controls & Governance

Without proper internal controls, audit readiness, and continuity planning, AI becomes a liability instead of an advantage.
The companies that treat AI as only a technology project will fall behind. The ones that treat it as a business-wide initiative — led by finance and operations, not just IT — will lead.
